About Us
The Pearl River Central Gridiron Foundation is a Mississippi nonprofit corporation dedicated to supporting and strengthening the football program at Pearl River Central School District. Organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, the Foundation is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Our mission is to provide financial support, resources, and community engagement that enhance the experience of student-athletes participating in the Pearl River Central football program. We work in partnership with coaches, school administrators, families, alumni, and community stakeholders to ensure that our athletes are equipped with the tools, facilities, and opportunities necessary to compete at a high level while developing character, discipline, leadership, and teamwork.
Through fundraising initiatives, sponsorships, and community events, the Foundation helps fund program needs such as equipment, team nutrition, facility improvements, and other approved expenditures that directly benefit the football program and its participants.
As a governed nonprofit organization, we are committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of all funds entrusted to us. Every contribution directly supports our mission of advancing the Pearl River Central football program and investing in the young men who represent our school and community on and off the field.
